Practice:                 
Andrea Flynn Mogensen has been practicing law since her admission
to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1991.   After relocating to Florida,
she was employed in civil practice until joining the Office of the Public
Defender for the 12th Judicial Circuit.  She has personally handled
over 3000 felony and misdemeanor cases.  She is a Board Certified
Criminal Trial Specialist, which is the highest level of recognition given
by the Florida Bar for attorney competency and experience.  Since
starting her own practice, she has continued a vigorous criminal
defense practice, and has handled civil claims against multiple  
government agencies for civil rights and open government violations
of citizens constitutional rights.
